Sunday - hamburgers, sauteed onions, collards & cabbage

Monday - chicken, pasta, steamed veggies

Tuesday - Brinner! veggie egg scrambles, skillet hash browns

Wednesday - grilled chicken salad

Thursday - Heather's meatloaf, baked potatoes, steamed veggies

Friday - Healthier Chicken Parmesan, steamed veggies

Saturday - baked salmon, quinoa, steamed veggies
